Leader in manufacture of continuous and zipped metallic tiles, Bemo do Brasil has strengthened its position at Civil Construction industry, thanks to several advantages and applications of its roofing systems.

Responsible for German technology of Bemo Roof System for roofing and façades, Bemo do Brasil is distinguished by the quality of its products and services which, together with commitment with its customers, give to Bemo a high degree of credibility, conquered along more than 12 years of operation in the country.

Bemo Roof System for roofing and façades allows tiles to be manufactured in the job site, through the mobile and computerized profiling unit, whatever length, without bores, patches or overlappings, thereby assuring complete roofing tightness.

The company offers guidances and complete technical consulting to architects and its customers, from the project to final assembly.

According to the architect Sidonio Porto, who recently completed construction of two factories for Valeo and presently works in construction of Flextronics industrial complex, “all doubts risen during works in Valeo were settled conjointly with Bemo’s technical team, which suggested solutions with speed and effectiveness necessary to the full progress of the job. Bemo commitment with work schedule is one of the great differential points of the company.”

Valeo’s architectonic project has been developed together with the American company Davis Brody Bond. It treats of two big units intended to manufacture automotive parts, with a 16.000 m2 construction, in an area having 100.000m2 located in Campinas, São Paulo.

“Large areas, large gaps. The curved roofing required tight and zipped tiles of very high quality. Bemo Roof system proved to be ideal due to the great durability, versatility and excellent technical and acoustic performance. Bemo tile has a quite nice visual aspect, thereby granting to the job an excellent aesthetics solution”, Sidonio Porto explains.

Flextronics industrial complex provides construction of nine buildings (250.000 m2 in total) intended to manufacture of electronic products. In a land having 700.000 m2 located in Sorocaba region, the first unit is already in final phase of construction.

The project has been developed by Sidonio Porto, who specified once more Bemo Roof roofing system. “The result in this case is very interesting, since it joins quality, functionality and beauty. The roofing showed as the big highlight of the job, in using continuous varnished aluminum tiles installed in different plans. Finishes near illumination system (domus) were carefully soldered, thereby assuring perfect insulation and finishing”, the Architect points out.

Ideal for roofing with low slopes or curves, Bemo Roof tiles are also used for recovery of existing roofings, since they can be mounted over any type of structure.

Natural or prepainted aluminum, galvanized steel, zincalume, copper or stainless steel coils are the basic raw materials for Bemo Roof tiles, which have Quality Certification by “Institut fur Bautechnik” in Berlin, Germany.
